The Meadowbrook House will be a new upscale assisted living family care home located in the small quaint community of Clemmons, NC. The home is a beautiful 3500 square foot, six bedroom, six bathroom home with large kitchen, dining, and living area with the touch of elegance.

 

Our goal is to provide distinctive quality care to senior adults in a safe environment reminiscent of home. We are a group of health care professionals whose passion for caring is principal.
